Grade 12 English University level is a requirement that most universities have for specific programs such as arts, sciences, music and many more! It is a credit that is needed to be obtained in order to be able to be accepted and applying for universities globally.
Should Grade 12 University Level english be a requirement for entry into all University programs? I surely believe that university level english should be a definite credit that is needed for all university programs since a lot of communication skills, writing skills, and reading skills all are prominent talents that are needed to be mastered by students in order to be successful in whatever field young scholars wish to pursue in.
English is a very broad subject with numerous of abilities, one of the first abilities that comes to mind is communication skills.
Communication skills is a very significant skill that is enhanced when taking university
level english. In any university, communication skills will be very convenient since there will be various of presentations and interviews that will occur throughout the school year, and I think that without adapting of talking in front of people it will make university exceedingly challenging due to the fact that, students will not have good presentation skills such as eye contact, engaging the audience, persuasion, good posture and positive visualization.

Most definitely reading skills is a skill that needs to be acquired for entering universities. Grade 12 university level english prepares you better at reading abilities and I think that it is important because reading is everywhere. When in universities, multiple of labs, assignments and assessments require reading and it can range from reading complex instructions from a medicine bottle to reading musical notes. Professors love to assign reading as a daily task, and having the background knowledge on how to read and how to pick up useful information in a quick manner can easily make students time at universities extremely simpler.
Lastly, writing is used countlessly outside of school and within school daily. Writing skills are important part of university because students are assigned to write on innumerable subjects/topics and are expected to convey a specific message with proper formatting and structure. I feel like english university level really prepares students to magnify their capabilities in writing and persuasion which is really necessary for not just
university, but for jobs that require intense writing. Grade 12 university level english also really helps develop the mind and thought processing of young scholars of certain ideas, which helps students to become more intelligent and quick thinkers.
In conclusion I think that english grade 12 university level is a necessary requirement for entries into all university programs because it better develops reading, writing and communication skills which is highly used in all university programs and futuristic jobs as well.

I loved your blog! I can agree with you that communication, reading, and writing skills are extremely important in education and professions. What you didn’t mention (or I missed) was weather or not you think the lessons learned in grate 12 university level English are valuable in the day-to-day, social aspect of your life. Sometimes I think that this is almost the most important lesson because even as a grade 12 student now, I don’t know where I would be without English skills. This is because they helped me to grow up public speaking, using social media effectively and not to mention texting! I really enjoyed your use of vocabulary and enjoyed reading this! 🙂

I also liked how you mentioned the benefits of taking english and how it helps you in Postsecondary and the rest of life. The content taught in a grade 12 university English class is vital for students as they move on into post secondary education. Hey Rimo, I agree that grade 12 university English should be required for all university programs because of how communication skills are strengthened when taking this course. Having strong communication skills will help you in university, work and also with your social life. With enhanced communication skills it will help you look more sophisticated, which is seen to be more socially acceptable. Do you think that more skills are better developed in English class than others or do you think they are equally developed? I think your blog is very well laid out and the information is accurate.
